CT University organises job fest at Kashmir Govt Polytechnic College

Kashmir Government Polytechnic College, Srinagar in association with CT University, Ludhiana and with the support and guidance of Department of Technical Education, Jammu and Kashmir organized a one-day job fest at Kashmir Government Polytechnic College, Srinagar today.

The fest was organised for the pass out students of 2017, 2018 and 2019 passing out batches in the field of ITI/ Diploma/ Graduates. More than 1000 candidates registered themselves in this fair.

The job fair was inaugurated by Mahmood Ahmed Khan, Secretary State Board of Technical Education, Mohd Shafi Bhat, Joint Director, Technical Education and CT University Managing Director Manbir Singh along with other officials of Group.

More than 14 renowned multinational and national companies including Laxmipati Textile, Reliance Jio, Karvi India, Team Lease, Krishna Maruti etc participated, said a spokesman.

Giving more information of the job fair, Abhishek Soni, Deputy Director, CCPC, CT Group said, “The job fair gave a direct chance to learn from hiring companies about many career opportunities available in the industry. There was no registration fee. It was a wonderful opportunity for the candidates to experience this level of professional interviews.”

CT University Managing Director Manbir Singh expressed his contentment by virtue of the fact that the institutions always work towards providing employment opportunities for the students. He further stated, “This job fair must have helped students gain experience of sitting in interviews and facing questions by the companies. I congratulate the selected students and wish them luck for their future endeavors.”
