Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) on Tuesday condoled the demise of Peer Sharief-ud-din Shah father of Head of Medicine department Government Medical College Srinagar Dr Parvaiz Ahmad Shah.
Peer Sharief-ud-din breathed his last on Monday at his Hyderpora residence after a prolonged illness. He was 86.
Expressing profound grief over the death, DAK President Dr Nisar ul Hassan described the deceased as a noble soul who always stood a helping hand to the needy and poor. He will be sorely remembered by everyone whose lives he touched.
A delegation of DAK led by its president today visited the house of deceased and expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
While sympathizing with the family, Dr Nisar prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to withstand the irreparable loss.
