DAK, RTI Movement condole G M Dagga’s demise

Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) and Jammu and Kashmir RTI Movement Friday condoled the demise of Ghulam Muhammad Dagga, father of Dr Riyaz Ahmad Dagga.

Dagga, 75, breathed his last on Thursday at Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura after a brief spell of illness.

   

According to a statement, DAK President Dr Nisar-ul-Hassan described the deceased as a noble soul who always helped the needy and the poor.

A delegation of DAK led by its president visited the house of deceased at Qamarwari area of Srinagar district and expressed heartfelt condolences with Dr Riyaz and other members of the bereaved family.

In a statement Chairman J&K RTI Movement Raja Muzaffar Bhat also extended condolences with Dr Riyaz and family and prayed to the Almighty to grant forbearance to the bereaved family.

“May Almighty place the departed soul with a highest place in Jannat,” Bhat said.
