District Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Dr G N Itoo Tuesday chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the pace and position of the road widening work of Narbal-Uri stretch of National Highway (NH).
The road widening plan of National Highway comprises four-lanning of Narbal-Baramulla stretch and two-lanning of Baramulla-Uri stretch besides the proposal also contains two bypasses at Pattan upto Palhallan and at Kanispora from Kanispora to Khanpora. The DC was informed that the joint survey has already been completed by BRO and revenue authorities.
