In supersession of all previous orders issued on the subject from time to time, J&K Government has allotted departments to law officers for Jammu and Srinagar Wings of J&K High Court.
In Srinagar wing of high court, SAAG Bashir Ahmad Dar will represent Home Department, Estates Department, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Agriculture Production Department, Horticulture Department and Hospitality & Protocol Department.
School Education Department, Revenue Department, Haj and Auqaf Department and Rural Development Department will be represented by Senior Additional Advocate General Nissar Hussain Shah. General Administration Department, Vigilance Organization (Anti Corruption Bureau) and IMPA will be represented by SAAG Javed Iqbal.
Public Works (R&B) Department, Tourism Department and J&K Cable Car Corporation will be represented by Additional Advocate General Mushtaq Ahmad Chashoo.
Forest Department and Housing and Urban Development Department, Lakes and Water Ways Development Authority, Architect Organization and Chief Town Planner will be represented Asifa Padroo, Additional Advocate General. Industries and Commerce Department, Tribal Affairs Department and SICOP will be represented Showkat Hussain Naqashbandi, Additional Advocate General.
Health and Medical Education Department, SKIMS and Board of Professional Entrance Examination will represent Shah Aamir, Additional Advocate General
Labour and Employment Department and Service Selection Board will be represented Mir Suhail, Additional Advocate General. Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department and J&K State Power Development Corporation will be represented Irfan Andleeb, Deputy Advocate General.
Cooperative Department, Fisheries Department and Sericulture Department will be represented Farah Bashir, Deputy Advocate General. Social Welfare Department and Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs will be represented by FerozeAhamd Sheikh,Deputy Advocate General.
Higher Education Department and Civil Aviation Department will be represented by Asif Maqbool Government Advocate. Power Development Department, Transport Department, J&K State Road Transport Corporation and Economic Reconstruction Agency will be represented by Hakeem Amaan Ali, Government Advocate. Disaster Management, Relief Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Department, Floriculture Department including Gardens and Parks and Ladakh Affairs Department will be represented by Muthman Gani, Government Advocate.
Khadi Village Industries Board and Handloom Development Corporation will be represented bySaied Rafi Ganie, Government Advocate.Planning, Monitoring and Development Department and Technical Education Department will be represented by Akeel Ahmad Parde, Government Advocate.
PHE, I&FC Department, Department of Culture, J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages and Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Corporation will be represented by Muzaffar Kirmani, Government Advocate.
ARI Trainings Department, Srinagar Development Authority, Urban Local Bodies and Government Press will be represented by Mohammad Raisud Din Ganaie, Government Advocate. Science & Technology Department and J&K State Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd will be represented by Bikram Deep Singh, Government Advocate. Information & Technology Department, Youth Services & Sports Department and SIDCO will be represented by Sajjad Ashraf, Government Advocate. The Departments/Corporations that have not been assigned to any Law Officer here in above shall remain with the advocate general and aforesaid allocation is subject to the satisfactory performance of the Law Officers which shall be reviewed periodically.
