V. K. Singh director general, Fire & Emergency Services, J&K, extended his sympathies to the families of two fire fighters namely Fayaz Ahmad Parray and Firdous Ahmad who died in an avalanche at Jawahar Tunnel.
Singh also expressed deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences on the loss of life of other personnel in the incident.
Meanwhile, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president G.A. Mir has also expressed profound grief over the loss of precious lives in the avalanche at JawaharTunnel .KNS
