Director Rural Development Department (RDD) Kashmir Qazi Sarwar on Wednesday felicitated Syed Naseem Geelani, Block Development Officer (BDO) who attained superannuation on March 31 this year.
Geelani retired from thedepartment after rendering his services for 40 years at different positions. Heserved as BDO at block Trehgam, Qadirabad, Langate and Qaziabad in Kupwaradistrict and was later posted as BDO Sangrama block during last years of hisservice.
Geelani was also felicitated by other officers of thedepartment including Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Baramulla Yar AliKhan, executive engineer REW A Q Chalkoo, BDO Boniyar G N Andrabi, BDO RohamaMumtaz Ahmad and BDO Kunzer Muhammad Raqeeb.
