Director Agriculture Kashmir, Chowdhary Muhammad Iqbal Tuesday unfurled the tricolour in the premises of Directorate of Agriculture Kashmir to commemorate the day the constitution of India came into effect.
In his address, he expressed pride in the rich cultural heritage of the country.
Iqbal urged the officers and officials to work with honesty and dedication for the welfare of the farming community.
The function was attended by senior officers and officials of the department.
