Director Health Services Kashmir, Dr. Samir Mattoo on Thursday took stock of the house to house surveillance activities at various containment areas of Srinagar district.
According to a press handout issued by the department, Dr. Mattoo supervised house to house activities at micro containment zone Batwara, Khanyar zones and interacted with patients and family members of positive cases under home isolation and assured them of all possible assistance and help.
He spoke with the CEO of Srinagar cantonment and assured him of full support from the health department for house to house survey and testing in all the 7 wards of the cantonment area.
Director health services further inspected a sampling drive at SKICC where around 153 employees were tested under the sampling and testing drive of employees of different departments undertaken by the directorate of health Services Kashmir.
Director health services were accompanied by Dr Qazi Haroon OSD DHSK and Dr Jahangir Bakshi CMO Srinagar.
