The appointment of Skandan Krishnan as J&K governor’s advisor could be construed as an intention to establish backchannels in Kashmir, National Conference spokesperson Dr Sumir Koul said Tuesday.
“Of all advisors appointed so far, Skandan Krishnan comes with the distinction of personally having interacted with most, if not all, important stakeholders in Kashmir. On the face of it his appointment could be construed as an intention to establish backchannels,” Koul said.
