All the educational institutions including degree colleges and ITI in Baramulla Town shall remain closed on May 23, according to an order issued by the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla.
The order has been issued to “ensure hassle free counting ofvotes on May 23 for north Kashmir’s Baramulla constituency”.
