National Conference President, Farooq Abdullah and Vice President, Omar Abdullah on Tuesday expressed grief over demise of party veteran and halqa President Rawalpora here, Ghulam Nabi Dar.
Both the leaders prayed for peace to the departed soul andstrength to the mournful family to bear the loss.
They said Dar shall be remembered for his dedication towardthe party.
The party’s provincial President (Women’s wing) SabiyaQadri, block President, Amira Kadal, Parvez Illahi have also expressed sorrowover the demise.
They extended condolences to the grieved family on behalf ofparty’s provincial President, Nasir Aslam Wani.
The party has also expressed sorrow over the demise ofmother of district and sessions judge, Kausar A Qureshi.
The party members prayed for peace to the departed soul andstrength to the family to bear the inconsolable loss. The party President madea phone call to Qureshi to express his unison with him in his hour of grief.
