General Administration Department (GAD) on Saturday ordered transfers and postings of senior government officers.
As per an order issued by the GAD, Principal Secretary, Information Technology Department, Bipul Pathak who was holding additional charge of Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department, CEO, JaKeGA and CEO, JAKEDA, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department.
He shall also hold the charge of administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department and continue to hold the charge of Chief Executive Officer, JAKEDA, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Shailendra Kumar who was holding additional charge of Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department and Tribal Affairs Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department.
Secretary, Planning, Monitoring Department, M Raju, who was holding additional charge of Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol, Estates, Civil Aviation and Jal Shakti Departments, has been transferred and posted as Secretary Jal Shakti Department.
He shall continue to hold the charge of Secretary, Estates and Civil Aviation Departments in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Simrandeep Singh, holding additional charge of Secretary, Department of Food, Civil of Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Secretary, Public Grievances, shall also hold the charge of Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, Information Technology Department and Chief Executive Officer, JaKeGA, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department, Sarmad Hafeez shall also hold the charge of Secretary, Tourism and Culture Departments, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Director General, Social Welfare, Kashmir, Rukhsana Gani has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol Department. She shall also hold the additional charge of Secretary, ARI Trainings Department upon retirement on and superannuation of the incumbent Reva Kumari on September 31.
Meanwhile, Director General, Social Welfare, Jammu Rehana Batul has been transferred and posted Secretary Tribal Affairs Department.
Commissioner Secretary, Culture Department, Zubair Ahmad, holding additional charge of Secretary, Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Director General, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration (IMPA) and Rural Development, relieving Manoj Kumar Dwivedi of the additional charge of the post.
