After immunizing paramedics, Ganderbal district is bracing for administering COPVID19 vaccines to the public.
Talking to Greater Kashmir, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Ganderbal, DrMehrajuddin said every week, four days would be kept exclusive for COVID19 vaccination in District Hospital Ganderbal and Sub District Hospital Kangan.
He said everyone who had received the vaccine on Saturday was doing well.
“As per the protocol, paramedics will be the first ones to receive the COVID19 vaccination followed by frontline workers, elderly people and then people over the age of 18. There won’t be any COVID19 vaccination for persons falling under the age of 18,” Dr Mehrajuddin said.
