Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani was readmitted at SKIMS Soura forcardiac check-up and pacemaker assessment on Saturday morning, said a spokesmanof the outfit.
“Generator of his pacemaker was changed by a team of cardiologists headedby HoD cardiology Professor Dr. Nisar Tramboo,” he said, in a statement.
The spokesman said the procedure lasted for about one and a half hour andwas uneventful.
“Hurriyat chairman is under strict intensive care observation andrecovering by the grace of Almighty Allah, sincere and professional care andgood wishes of the people,” he said.
