Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani was discharged from SKIMS, Soura, here on Wednesday following “perceptible improvement” in his health condition.
“However, he has beenadvised to get himself readmitted within a couple of days for the cardiac checkup,” a Hurriyat Conference handout issued here today stated.Meanwhile, Hurriyat hasthanked all those who visited the hospital or enquired about Geelani’s healthover phone and prayed for his speedy recovery. “Hurriyat also thanks the SKIMSstaff particularly the doctors attending upon him including director andmedical superintendent,” the statement said, adding that “Geelani Sahab isliving with pacemaker for the last 30 years, which has developed some technicalproblem for which he needs to be kept under observation for a couple of days
