The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday transferred and posted Ghulam Muhammad Wagay as in-charge private secretary to secretary food, civil supplies and consumer affairs (FCS&CA).
An order issued from the office of undersecretary to government Rameshwar Kumar read, “In the interest of administration, Ghulam Muhammad Wagay, in-charge private secretary, presently awaiting orders of adjustment in PHE, I&FC department, is posted as in-charge private secretary to secretary to the government, department of food, civil supplies and consumer affairs, with immediate effect.”
“The officer shall be deemed to have been relieved,” the order further read.
