Govt bans deputing officers outside JK

The government on Thursday asked its departments not to depute any officer, official for training outside J&K and country without prior approval of the general administration department (GAD).

The department also directed all  administrative secretaries to ensure that the proposals involving “deputation/visit of officers for undergoing training programs/other official work outside the state/country” are submitted to it for obtaining “prior approval of the competent authority and issuance of orders by the GAD”.
