The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Friday cancelled the allotment of chambers of 18 lawyers for non-liquidating the outstanding of license fee within stipulated time.
An order issued from the office of Registrar Judicial read,”Pursuant to resolution dated May 5, 2019, of Committee for Lawyers Chambers inthe High Court Premises Srinagar, the allotment of chambers of 18 advocates,who were allotted chambers in the Lawyers Chamber Building, High Court PremisesSrinagar, stand cancelled for non-liquidating the outstanding of license feewithin the stipulated time.”
The advocates, order states, shall surrender theirrespective chambers within a week and handover the possession to the RegistrarJudicial by or before June 28, 2019.
