High Court staff associations condole demise

J&K High Court Staff Welfare Associations – Non Gazetted and Gazetted have condoled the demise of Kuldeep Singh Chhib, Reader High Court of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a joint statement issued by the Associations,Chib passed away during the intervening night of 18/19 July in his officialaccommodation here 

   

 Singh, who hailedfrom Banihal, was recently promoted as Reader was functioning in the Main Wingof the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Srinagar. 

“He was an honest officer and a noble soul.  We whole staff of High Court are paycondolence to his family and relatives and are with them at this time ofgrief,” the statement said. 

The associations expressed gratitude to the Chief JusticeGita Mittal for taking personal efforts and passing on spot directions toPolice/Hospital authorities for early postmortem and delivery of body of thedeceased to his native place. They have also hailed the efforts of RegistrarGeneral and Principal Secretary to Chief Justice.  

“The Court Reference in this regard will be conducted duringthe next week under the command of the Chief Justice,” the statement added.
