ICP conducts screening test for civil services aspirants

‘Initiative for Competition Promotion’ (ICP) J&K on Sunday conducted screening test of candidates for its “free residential coaching program for Civil Services Exam- 2020” at Abdul Ahad Azad  Memorial Degree College Bemina here, a statement said.

It said that the hundreds of aspirants from differentdistricts including from Jammu division appeared in the screening test. Theresults of the written test are expected to be released in 10 days.

   

At least 35 candidates shall be selected for annualresidential coaching program. During the programme the selected candidates willbe provided free lodging and 24×27 fully equipped library facility.  Coaching program shall include classes onGeneral Studies, CSAT and selected optional papers. A test series, answerevaluation and essay writing practice shall form part of the program, thestatement added.

At the event the Additional Director General of Police(ADGP) and patron ICPJK A G Mir interacted with the civil service aspirants.

He said “in this era of competition, excellence, hard workand dedication is the only way to succeed in civil services”.

Abdul Waheed Shah, KPS, Aziz Ahmad Rather, KAS and SyedShahnawaz Bukhari, KAS, founder trustees of ICPJK also interacted withstudents. Speaking on the occasion, Prof Tariq Ahmad Chalkoo asked theparticipants to grab all the opportunities and creatively use the platformslike ICP to get into the state and central civil services.
