The Chairman Valley Citizen’s Council today expressed his concerns over the rising cases of cardiac arrests in the winter zone of J&K.
In a statement, the VCC reiterated that such kind of hype in heart attacks “is unprecedented”.

“We implore the government and the regional administration to organise a team of medical experts who will investigate into the mystery of heart attack. Imdad saqi General Secretary of VCC said, “We expect that government will take serious measures to address this health hazard and will incorporate a medical team that will analyse and unravel the causes behind this new ominous trend.”
VCC also extended condolences to Hilal Hanjori and prayed to Allah to rest in peace the departed soul.
