Jaish pays tributes to militants killed in Sopore, Jammu

Militant outfit Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) has claimed to have killed and injured several government forces in a gunfight at Sopore area in Baramulla district that took place early Thursday. 

A JeM spokesman in a statement to a local news agency GNS said the militant outfit’s commander, Qari Saad alias Ali Bhai, was killed along with one of his associates in the gunfight on Thursday. “Several troopers were also killed and many injured in the gunfight,” the spokesman claimed.

   

Paying tributes to Qari for his “contribution to the movement,” the spokesman said the militant commander was “leading Jaish in Kashmir for past six years.”

The spokesman paid tributes to “our brothers” killed in a gunfight with the forces on Srinagar-Jammu highway. GNS
