JKJCCPS vows to work for welfare of schools, quality education

Joint Coordination Committee of Private Schools (JKJCCPS) president Chowdhary M Showkat today resolved to work for welfare of schools and disseminating quality education. 

In a statement, JKJCCPS, refuting media reports, clarified that election of the committee was held on April 30th at Kashmir Harward Educational Institutes during which Chowdhary M Showkat  was elected as president for two years with majority of votes.

   

He said JKJCCPS was formed to provide a larger platform for the schools and cater to the schools from Jammu and Ladakh regions also.

Chowdhary M Showkat also heads Joint Committee of Private Schools (JCPS) under whose leadership two Education Conclaves were also organized at SKICC to devise ways and means for bettering education system.

President JKJCCPS Chowdhary M Showkat said “we want to work for the betterment of the schools and also strive for the quality education to the society.”

“JKJCCPS is an apolitical organization and has nothing to do with state politics while as break-away faction has always been giving political statements,” he added. Chowdhary hailed former Education Minister Syed Altaf Bukhari for helping the private schools to improve the overall education system in the state. He welcomed the present Education Minister Zulkfar Ali Chowdhary  and urged him to take the work of the past minister forward and take the education system to further heights.

“We will provide every support to the education minister so that students from our state not only excel at the state level but also at the national and international level,” he said.
