JKLF condemns Yasin Malik’s shifting to Tihar jail

Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has strongly condemned the shifting of its incarcerated chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik to Tihar Jail, Delhi.

“Jails are our second home. Such tactics cannot and willnever deter us and Kashmiri nation, who have rendered unflinching sacrificesfor the cause of their freedom and right to self-determination,” the JKLFacting chairman Abdul Hameed Butt, in a statement today, said.

   

“Yasin Malik Sahab’s old aged ailing mother and two sistersare stuck in Jammu from yesterday morning who were scheduled to meet himyesterday at noon in Kot-Balwal jail. Yesterday the news of his shifting toDelhi came as a surprise to them,” Butt said, adding that “JKLF condemns theNIA’s act of getting his remand up to April 22.”

“Accusing Yasin Malik Sahab of terror funding or terrorabetting is the biggest joke as the whole world and even the Indians know aboutthese false claims,” the statement stated.
