Justice Ali Mohammad Magray and Justice Rashid Ali Dar today visited district Budgam for spot inspection of under construction infrastructure, acquisition of land/repairs and renovation of Courts as per national module.
They visited Munsiff Court Chrar-i-Shareef and Courtpremises Chadoora wherein they visited the spots which are under landacquisition and also visited the sites where court infrastructure is underconstruction.
While Justice Magray is Chairman Building and InfrastructureCommittee High Court of J&K, Justice Dar is member Building &Infrastructure Committee High Court of J&K.
They were accompanied by entire district administrationwhich included Deputy Commissioner Budgam Syed Sehrish Asgar, SSP Budgam AshokAmod Nagpure and other senior officers of state departments.
They also visited the court complex of District &Sessions Judge Budgam wherein they had a detailed review meeting with districtadministration which was also attended by Judicial Officers and Bar Presidentalong with one of the senior members of District Bar Association Budgam.
In the meeting the DC Budgam briefed about the achievementsand under process works of the district which included compliance with thedirections given by the High Court of J&K in various public interestlitigations.
Later on, they also interacted with the members of the BarAssociation and took note of grievances of bar pertaining to infrastructure andconstruction of Court buildings.
They gave on spot directions to all the Judicial Officers ofthe district for speedy disposal of the cases pending in their courts andassured that all the courts within district Budgam shall be at par with thebest courts of the state based on National Module.
