Kashmir proud of Sufi culture: Renzushah

Khawaja Farooq Renzushah today said that Kashmir is proud of sufi culture prevalent in Kashmir for the last so many centuries.

According to a statement, “while participating in spiritual recitations, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah said that the event coincides with 700th Urus Sharief of Hazrat Bulbulshah (RA) and Hazrat Mir Syed Bilad e Rumi (RA). While at the same time magnificent functions in honour of Hazrat Waza Mahmood (RA), Hazrat Ahmad Sahib Machahama (RA), Hazrat Zahoor Parray (RA), Hazrat Rahim Safapuri (RA), were held at Nawab Bazar Shahr e Khass.”

   

On this occasion Mufti Aala, Chairman of Hanafi Darul Aloom Jenab Mufti Qamar ud din, Jenab Malik Shabir, and hundreds of devotees were present.

While speaking from the dais of Shahbaz Qalender (RA) hall Renzushah said “when 700th urs of Hazrat Bulbulshah (RA) is being celebrated throughout the valley, the annual holiday may also be declared to mark reverence for the first sufi hanafi saint of Kashmir as in parliament even Prime Minister of India paid respects to Bulbulshah (RA), Shykh ul Aalam (RA) and Shah Hamdan Amir Kabir (RA) for which every Kashmiri is proud having such Hanafi Sufi Icons as true identities of Kashmir.”
