Kashmiri students visit Rashtrapati bhavan

The ongoing capacity building tour for the 20 degree college students of Gurez to New Delhi visited the Rashtrapati bhavan on Saturday where they witnessed some of the antique collections of Mughal and British era, an army spokesman said in a statement.

He said, “Students also visited the Rashtrapati Bhawan Museum and witnessed the rich legacy of the leaders of our nation. On 31 August the team had visited army college of nursing at army hospital R&R wherein they were briefed about the importance of medical services which will inspire the students to take up a career in medicine and nursing as a way to serve humanity.”

   

The spokesman said that the students also visited Medanta Medicity where they were informed about the background and functioning of the Medicity as well as an insight into the various employment openings into the Medicity was also given. The students also had an interaction with Dr Naresh Trehan, CMD, Medanta Medicity who motivated the young minds for a future in medical sciences.
