Kifayat Rizvi appointed as Hon Gen Sec to JK State Branch of IRC Society

The governor administration on Wednesday appointed KifayatHussain Rizvi as Honorary General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir State Branchof Indian Red Cross (IRC) Society for a period of three years.

Rizvi has earlier served as commissioner/secretary toGovernment, Labour and Employment Department Jammu and Kashmir.
