The University of Kashmir Tuesday expressed deep shock and grief over the sad and untimely demise of one of its employee Rahmatullah Malik who was working as driver in the transport section of the university.
Vice Chancellor KU Prof Talat Ahmad while expressingcondolence with the bereaved family prayed for peace to the departed soul andstrength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
Several delegations comprising office bearers and executivemembers of various associations of KU including KUMSA, drivers association ofKU and other employees of the University visited the bereaved family atBandipora to offer their condolences.
Meanwhile a condolence meeting under the chairmanship ofRector Satellite Campus Kargil MS Sumbli was held at Kargil to mourn the saddemise of Malik.
