A 28-year-old youth from Kulgam who was injured after being shot at by gunmen, succumbed at a Srinagar hospital on Tuesday. .
Waseem Ahmad of Turigam village had suffered serious bulletwounds when he was shot at by the gunmen on March 21 at his home.
A doctor at SKIMS here said the Ahmad succumbed thismorning. “A case of murder has beenregistered against the militants involved in the killing and the investigationis going on,” said a police official.
