Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Youth Secretary Arif Laigaroo Tuesday congratulated youth president Waheed Parra, who is lodged in a jail, for his victory in the District Development Council (DDC) polls.
“The people have shown faith in PDP by ensuring Waheed’s win in the DDC elections with a huge margin,” Laigaroo said.
He also congratulated leaders of other parties who won the DDC, ULB and Panchayat polls.
