Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Youth Secretary, Arif Laigaroo, Tuesday expressed concern over stunt biking in uptown area of Srinagar city, seeking immediate attention of the authorities.
“Parraypora, Baghat and Hyderpora neighborhoods are home todozens of private tuition centres and two reputed schools, where thousands ofyoung boys and girls study. Many of them ride bikes to their classes. Theresidents of these areas face immense inconvenience due to rowdy bikers,”Laigaroo said.
The PDP leader said that there have been biking accidentsnear one of the coaching centers.
“The authorities must take tough action against stunt bikersand confiscate their bikes whenever they catch them,” he demanded, urgingparents to refrain their wards from the menace.
