A 35-year-old tractor driver was crushed to death and another critical injured by a tractor in Markundal village of Bandipora district of north Kashmir on Thursday morning.
The deceased was identified as Zahoor Ahmad Ganaie, when all of a sudden his tractor ran over him, reports said.
Zahoor died on the spot, while the injured person identified as Rameez Ahmad Baba was shifted to Srinagar hospital for treatment, an eye witness said.
Both are the residents of Markundal village of Sumbal.
