A man died Friday when he slipped down a hillside farm in Haknar village near the forest line of Kangan in Ganderbal district, officials said.
The man, 67-year-old Abdul Aziz Birjan was working on thefield in Sindh forest range when he slipped and hit a boulder after rollingdown a slope.
Birjan died on the spot, an official said.
A pal of gloom descended Haknar village when Birjan’s bodyreached home. Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
