Mehbooba, Drabu, Sethi, Altaf vacate govt quarters

The Estates department has said that scores of the legislators and political appointees have vacated the government quarters since the day Governor’s rule was imposed in Jammu and Kashmir.

Director Estates, Tassaduq Jeelani said that some of the legislators have vacated from the quarters while some are still occupied it. “Former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, Haseeb Drabu, Altaf Bukhari and Priya Sethi have vacated from the Jammu quarters provided to them,” Jeelani said, adding that former minister Naeem Akhter, advocate general and other political appointees have also vacated from their Jammu quarters.
