A militant was held along with the driver of a car in which he wastravelling by the security forces in Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulladistrict on Monday, reports said.
Quoting official sources, news agency GNS reported that a joint teamof Army’s 29, SOG and CRPF stopped a car bearing Delhi number plate (registrationnumber DL 12 CA 4189) at Chainabal.
During searches, the joint team apprehended two occupants includingthe driver of the vehicle.
The report said the vehicle was seized by the forces while as thedriver, identified as Tafazul, and the militant, Aqib alias ‘Chota’ Dujana weredetained.
