Agunfight broke out between militants and the security forces inBujthalan area of Boniyar in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturdaymorning.
According tonews agency GNS, a joint team of 6 JAKLI of army and SOG Baramulla launched acordon and search operation in the areaafter receiving inputs about the presence of militantsthere.
Assenior police officer confirmed to GNS about the gunfight between militants andforces in the area.
Asper the sources one unidentified militant has been killed in the ongoingoperation, said the report, adding that two tothree militants are believed to be trapped.
