A militant was killed in an ongoing gunfight with thesecurity forces in a forest area of Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnagdistrict on Tuesday.
Quoting a senior police officer, local newsgathering agencyGNS said one militant was killed in the ongoing operation.
The officer further said that the operation is in finalstage.
As per sources, two to three militants were believed to betrapped.
