Militants fighting forces with minimal resources: LeT

Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief  Mehmood Shah has paid tributes to five Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militants killed in a gunfight with government forces in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.

“The martyrs are shaping the history with their sacrifices. The history will rewrite itself that educated and young sons of Kashmir along with their people played a unified role in the indigenous struggle,” LeT spokesperson Dr Abdullah Ghaznavi quoted Shah as having said in a statement to local news agency  GNS.

He said the militants are fighting the forces with minimal resources. ” The year 2019 will be a decisive stage for Jammu & Kashmir,” Shah added.

Terming the people as “true asset”, Shah thanked them saying, “we are proud of their utmost solidarity and support.”
