Mir calls on AICC J&K Incharge Rajni Patil

J&K Congress President, GA Mir Tuesday called on senior Party leader and newly appointed AICC J&K Incharge, Rajni Patil in New Delhi and held threadbare discussions over the organizational affairs and other state of affairs in the Union Territory.

A statement said the AICC Secretary Incharge J&K, Sudhir Sharma and Ladakh Union Territory President were also present in the meeting.

   

The statement said senior leaders from J&K and Ladakh briefed Patil over the current state of affairs in both the Union Territories. Many issues of public importance also came under discussion during the meeting including the impact of the lockdown that was imposed after government of India’s August 5 move last year and the subsequent coronavirus pandemic in March this year, said the statement.

It said the leaders vowed to continue to work hard for betterment of people in Jammu and Kashmir, who have witnessed “ugliest situation due to the wrong policies of the Centre.”

Both the leaders flayed the government of India for the prevailing situation in J&K and Ladakh Union Territories After the meeting, Mir informed that AICC Incharge was scheduled to visit J&K and Ladakh UTs in first week of October to review the organizational activities in both the Union Territories.
