Chief Conservator Forests, Kashmir, Farooq Gillani has expressed his condolences on the demise of former forest officer Mufti Nazim.
“His passing away has created a void in the forest fraternity of Kashmir, Nazim’s death is a personal loss to me and many more like me in the Forest Department. I have lost a good friend today,” Gillani said in a statement. He said that Department of Forest was with the bereaved family in these hours if grief and on behalf of the forest officers prayed for eternal peace to departed soul. Meanwhile Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President GA Mir expressed profound grief over the passing away of Mufti Nazim-U-Din-Farooq and conveyed heartfelt condolences to bereaved family. “My heartfelt condolences to bereaved family,” Mir said and prayed for eternal peace to departed soul.
