Member Parliament from Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal has expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and State Administrative Council headed by Governor Satya Pal Malik for granting divisional status and according approval for the creation of 495 posts of various categories for the newly-created administrative unit of Ladakh division.
Namgyal said that with the establishment of differentoffices in the region, a long pending demand of the people has been fulfilledwhich will lead to a new era of development and sense of satisfaction among thepeople of Ladakh division as it will give recognition to its unique identity.
Meanwhile,: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor LAHDC,Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan has expressed gratitude to the State AdministrativeCouncil headed by Governor Satya Pal Malik for according approval to thecreation of 495 posts of various categories to make the newly-createdadministrative unit fully operational.
The CEC also thanked Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam aswell as the members of the Committee for Ladakh under the chairmanship ofPrincipal Secretary Planning & Development Department, Rohit Kansal foreffectively and efficiently working out necessary measures foroperationalization of Ladakh Division in a rational manner while layingemphasis on the equal distribution for the two districts.
