National Highway & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) branch Sonamarg Wednesday celebrated its 5th inception day here and organised various programmes.
An official said the NHIDCL held a painting competition(topic-water conservation) and an article writing competition (topic- conserve,respect and protect the nature) at the government high school Gagengar Sonamargin Ganderbal district.
He said a plantation drive was also held, which was kickedoff by R B Shivali DGM of the corporation.
Later the winners of the painting and art competition weregiven prizes.
