Chairman People’s Democratic Front, Hakeem Yaseen, Wednesday said that his party stands besides the general public for the protection of Article 35-A and 370.
Hailing the Bar Association and civil society of Jammu,Yaseen said in a statement, “Jammu lawyers and civil society deserve highcommendations for voicing their concern against fiddling with the state’sspecial status. Most of the people know that Maharaja Hari Singh had broughtthese laws to protecting the identity and integrity of the state.”
He added, “My party supports unity among masses to defeatthe nefarious designs of political opportunists who are hell bent to create awedge among communities on the basis Article 370 and 35-A.”
