Inhabitants of Zafran Colony, Achanambal on city outskirts here complained of poor connectivity of BSNL mobile services including internet for past over a one week.
“We are unable to make or receive call due to poor cellularservices. Even 2-G network doesn’t work on our mobile phones,” said NiyazAhmed, a resident of Zafran Colony.
The locals said that BSNL network used to be fine in the area”but for past one week, subscribers are getting irritated as after everysecond there is a call drop and person on the other side hardly listens.”
The residents demanded installation of BSNL tower at ZafranColony. “We urge the general manager BSNL to look into the issue of poorconnectivity at the earliest so that subscribers doesn’t suffer,” they said.
