Peoples Democratic Party leader and former trade union leader Qayoom Wani has expressed serious concern over failing heath of incarcerated JKLF chief Muhammad Yasin Malik.
In a statement Wani said, “It is the fundamental right ofevery prisoner to get medical facility whenever needed during custody. He(Malik) should be provided proper medical facilities as he is suffering frommultiple ailments.”
