Rail services between Srinagar and Banihal were suspended today by the concerned authorities as a precautionary measure.
The Joint Resistance Leadership had given a bandh call against civilian killings in Kashmir therefore, to prevent any untoward incident, the authorities suspended the rail services for the safety if the passengers, an official said.
The services were suspended on the instructions of civil administration, police and Railway authorities.
