Masked men looted a family in north Kashmir’s Sopore late Sunday night after threatening them with toy guns.
Sources said the masked men entered the house of MohammadAltaf Janwari son of Ghulam Qadir Janwari of Alamdar Mohallah in Krankshivanarea of Sopore during night.
The men intimidated the family by showing the toy gun anddecamped with valuables including Rs 51,800 cash and mobile phones.
One of the family members said they were held hostage intheir own house by the robbers.
A police officer while confirming the incident said a teamhas been deputed to the spot to gather details.
