Salahuddin pays tribute to militants slain in Kulgam gunfight

He also condemned the use of pellets and force on civilians in Kellam area, and said “such tactics will never suppress the freedom sentiments of Kashmiris.”

United Jihad Council (UJC) supremo and chief of Hizb ul Mujahideen Syed Salahuddin on Monday paid tributes to five militants slain in a gunfight with the government forces in Kellam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district yesterday.

Terming the slain militants as heroes, Salahuddin in a statement said their blood will not go in vain. 

He also condemned the use of pellets and force on civilians in Kellam area, and said “such tactics will never suppress the freedom sentiments of Kashmiris.”

He said people of Kashmir will continue the struggle of their freedom for which they have been sacrificing from past 70 years.
